Arwen - The Winter in Her Eyes

... because I really cant think of a better title right now! x)

This is in series I've called "elf for each season" which means I will draw three more elves as the other seasons. And since Im in england this is really crappy and quickly colored in an ipad app, hence the crap quality, but I still hope you like it! I really love the colors, as I was imagening them while I drew! ^^ if you think the colors are total crap I can upload the b/w picture instead!

But yeah this is Arwen as winter, because that was such an obvious choice for me, without me really managing to pinpoint why, but then I talked to Lindeluren and she made me realize that its because Arwen is the winer of her people, staying behind and giving up her immortality, and her children with Aragorn are the spring of a new era in Middle earth, so I really liked the symbolism! ^^ I drew her both from ref and from head, so thats why she doesnt look EXACTLY like Liv Tyler, but I think she's really beautiful!

I have already decided which other elves I will draw for the next seasons, but tell me your ideas and preferences and maybe Ill meet them
